Welcome from the President |

Hello and welcome to the Arizona Farm Bureau’s interactive world through www.azfb.org. I am a fourth generation Valley farmer, I farm together with my parents, uncle, brothers, a sister and wife, Janel, more than 7,000 acres of land, producing cotton, alfalfa, wheat, barley and corn. These farms are located in Phoenix, Laveen, Mesa and Scottsdale. The Arizona Farm Bureau is Arizona’s largest farm and ranch organization with membership that represents production agriculture throughout the state of Arizona. Farm Bureau’s purpose is to be an, independent, non-governmental grassroots organization that analyzes problems and formulates action to achieve educational improvement, economic opportunity, and social advancement in order to promote the financial and overall well being of agriculture and our members. We are the "Voice of Agriculture in Arizona." As the agriculture industry faces new challenges in the future, Farm Bureau will be there to assist our members in meeting those challenges. We will be involved in lobbying on county, state and national issues. We will be there to discuss issues of profitability, property rights, labor, water, trade, farm policy, tax issues, environmental issues and much more. We will also continue to offer value to our members by making products and services available to our members. www.azfb.org is another vehicle to keep you informed and alert you to the latest member services. To connect to the right staff person, read late-breaking news, discover critical issues and assess member benefits, you’ll want to come here. Regularly visit to discover additional features as they roll out including interactive tools to make your use of member services and information that much more valuable to you. Eventually, www.azfb.org will become one of the “must have” tools in your agriculture toolkit. Sincerely, |
